Patricie was an incredible host! Easy to communicate with, efficient move-in/out process but best of all was her kindness and terrific recommendations for local businesses and restaurants. The flat itself is very well designed, decorated beautifully and stocked with all the essentials as well as located in the perfect area and close to transportation. Highly recommend this property!

I have rented a few apartments in my life and Patricie is the best owner I ever had. She is reasonably flexible, always available, caring, always ready to help and that meant a lot when I had to resolve a problem (very few times since the apartment is also great). I was staying with her for almost 3.5 years and I wish I could have stayed longer. I do recommend her and her place!
