Convenient location, close to an Albert supermarket, a late night corner store and some food places. Easily walk to Grand Hotel, or right the tram. The flat comes with all expected amenities and is spacious. I had a good time.

I didn't explore the neighborhood so I can't say much. But a ten minite walk to Grand Hotel or a 3 minute ride on the tram means that you are close enough to the city center to do whatever you wanr.

The flat was everything I needed for a month. It was clean and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom equipped with all the necessities. The flat was very close to the center of the city (2 tram stops) and supermarket. Jana was an excellent host, very quick to respond and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to everyone!

Apartment was very nice. Sometimes noise from neighbours but not too bad.

Great location. City center reachable in 6 minutes by public transport. Immediate neighborhood had some quite interesting characters but I never experienced a dangerous situation, even when walking at night. My stay was too short for a fully comprehensive experience though

Jana was very helpful, apartment is as described an shown on the photos. The neighbourhood is not very pleasant though, so I moved out early, but no complaints towards the room itself.

The neighborhood was not very pleasant, dirty staircase smelling like cigarettes + plenty of empty beer cans. Also people living across the hallway were very noisy. A big advantage is a supermarket and tram stop that are very close to the apartment.

The only problem is that you can hear your neighbours too much. Great communication with Jana.

Ms Jana Sikorova was an amazing landlord. Everything we needed she was there to provide it to us. Also the flat was really beautiful.
