Hi there! I'm Virginia and welcome to my lovely home in Paris!

I bought this apartment in 2020 and have poured my heart and soul into creating a space that's both stylish and comfortable. I'm a part-time nomad and spend a few months a year away, doing all the amazing stuff that the nomadic life offers, while working remotely as a freelance. When I'm not traveling, I love coming home to this peaceful haven.

You'd be situated at the intersection of different vibrant neighborhoods and their unique vibes: the hipster canal St-Martin and its endless coffee & bars possibilities, Belleville, our Turkish-Chinatown and its amazing Asian and couscous restaurants, rue Saint-Maur and Rue Bichat which are paradise for modern french & international bistros, not to mention the countless options in terms of bakeries, wine shops and grocery stores. Everything is at your fingertips! And for the rest, you have the metro station at 100 meters.

For its work-friendly space! I'm used to spending lots of time at home working and it's an absolute pleasure. I enter a perfect flow with my coffee on the side, good lighting and comfy chair.
