Spacious sunny flat in Historic Lisbon

I had such a great experience renting this flat! It’s incredibly spacious and filled with natural light, which made it a joy to live in. The balcony was one of my favorite spots – perfect for soaking up the sun and unwinding after a busy day. As someone who works remotely, I also really appreciated the dedicated workspace. It’s ideal for digital nomads!

What really made this stay exceptional, though, was Maryam. She was the most supportive and thoughtful host I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond to help us settle in and even lent us her car, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. She truly made our move to Lisbon so much easier, and I’m so grateful for her help and generosity.

If you’re looking for a sunny, spacious flat with an amazing host, this is the one. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Maryam is fantastic! We’ve rented a lot of places around the world and she is one of the best hosts. She’s attentive and easy to connect with. She made our stay in Lisbon so special with incredible recommendations for local places. The apartment is stunning, spacious, lots of light, beautifully decorated and in a great location for getting around Lisbon. It’s in a true authentic Portuguese neighborhood- and it’s walking distance to other great neighborhoods like Graca, Saldahna, and the nightlife of Intendente. There are wonderful local restaurants nearby and a lovely small park/square., and more. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her place. It’s just a few minute walk to great markets and two metro lines.
Maryam is an incredible homeowner and person. She is responsible, caring, and smart! She is the person you want around when you want to get things done well! She is an excellent problem solver and multitasker and can balance many responsibilities at once. I highly recommended her as a friend and co worker and person in any aspect really!

Hello - I am a writer-director working in film in Los Angeles and Lisbon. I have had a 13 year love affair with Lisbon. I'm an expat with a strong connection to local culture- I was married to a portuguese and have a a half portuguese child whose accent in portuguese is so much better than mine! I am out of town for the next year and will be renting out my lovely flat. Its a beautiful and homey space. Look forward to hosting you.

I love great food, theater, film, tennis, and basketball. There are some amazing cinemas and restaurants close by. Also you can take private lessons in Tennis close by - for super reasonable prices at the tennis club. Lisbon Raquet Club.
