This was my first house as an adult, in which i lived for 8 years. In 2021 i´ve moved out of Lisbon and kept the apartment for renting. I´ve had only one tenant everysince that moved temporarely to Lisbon with is family for a 2 year contract. Now, sadly, they are going back to their country. I take pride in maintaining a positive and respectful landlord-tenant relationship. My aim is to create a comfortable and secure living environment.
