I have been renting to long term tenants for many years but now am renting this property short term.

I love walking and the area is perfect for walking. There are lots of walks straight from your door plus a short ride to the Peak District. For a one interested in history, there are lots of interesting places to visit, such as Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and many other historic houses. It is also the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution and much of the area is linked to the early years of the Industrial Revolution.
