Hi! I'm Sophia. I'm a Greek Canadian living in Greece for the past 19 years. My rentals are adaptable to your needs and can be rented for a short or long term period. Rent will fluctuate according to the length of the lease. For rental less than 3 months, ask for a quote This home is suitable for a single person, a couple or a family of three. It's accessible: walk to the supermarket, Holargos metro, and many local shops. 20 min. from the airport, 20 min to Syntagma. Rental price does not include utilities and condo fees (70/month). Internet is not included in long term contracts. The pictures of this rental are realistic and as is. There may be some variations as to the furniture layout. No molds, no trickery.

I work in a private internal school so I don't have much time except for caring for my work and properties. I do have time to cycle and do a lot of cooking
