I like that Flatio targets longer stays than AirBNB and the cancellation policy is much more reasonable. Many AirBNBs only allow a cancellation within 48 hours of making a booking, which is not acceptable in the current environment and for a reservation well in advance.

Flatio service is great. They responded quickly to my concerns of not getting messages returned from the owner. Better? Be clear about check-out cleaning. To say "leave it as you found it" is not helpful. How are guests to launder and replace linens with an early morning flight out of town?

I don't think I'll use flatio again as they charge a huge amount as their service fee. I decided to use Airbnb instead as flatio was asking for 8000 kc service fee on top of the rental
