I liked the service from Flatio. Whenever I had questions via email, they responded quickly and provided helpful solutions. But in my opinion, the service fee is quite expensive, haha.

Flatio is good to deal with when I had a problem with my very first rental of a week and it was not up to any sort of standard. Fairly fast response time.. To improve would be to make a contract a binding agreement. My first contract was all set and then the apartment was sold. Their contracts only become binding within 30 days so I was left scrambling to find a place with 40 or 50 days until my arrival in Praha. Not too delighted with that. It worked out with Hana's place as a replacement for the one that got sold out from under me but that was just luck.

Very friendly and straightforward. Makes the legal aspect of renting a place in a foreign country easier to newcomers. Service fee (at 15%) is a bit too steep.

Děkuji za podporu, kterou mi Flatio poskytlo při řešení problému s tímto ubytováním. Vrácení servisního poplatku si velice cením, je škoda si paní majitelka nechce připustit, že byt prostě nebyl obyvatelný a alespoň částečně nám nájem za nevyužitý pobyt nevrátila.
