I don't know if this was Flatio or my landlord, but I was able to search for a 3-week stay and saw prices for a 3-week stay, but I still got charged for the entire month. I booked so late that I did not have time to argue or worry about it, but that was very misleading.

Our only real issue was that we needed to make a slight change to our dates. The only way to do this was to cancel the entire booking and then make a new booking. It would have been much easier if we could have simply edited our booking, which could then have been authorized or agreed to by the landlord.
