1. I noticed that in the apartment section, there is now an option called "iron". My suggestion would be also to include "ironing board". I had this particular request from my tenant who asked me not only for the iron, but for the ironing board as well. 2. There is a handover protocol available for download, however I would very much welcome a "return protocol", that is a signed confirmation of both parties in case something was broken or is missing at the checkout... 3. I would welcome to have an option of a cleaning fee to be included via the web portal at the time of checkout and that this fee would be increased to at least 1500Kc.

I enjoy speaking with your representatives. Customer service is always on the highest level. Thing to work on- mobile friendly website. Some things are not accessible via phone like attaching documents or photos. Your website needs improvement. I also would prefer to use an app.
