Although it has 0 reviews, it is marked as "Verified by tenant" but if it was verified there should be a review as well available, otherwise how was it verified, needs to be explained on your platform.

I'm not sure I will go with Flatio again. I didn't feel like I had the same experience as I would have had with AirBnB or VRBO, which is what I typically use. I decided to try Flatio because it was more local, but like I said, I didn't have access to things that were typically offered in home rentals I had previously went with (and were typically standard). The flat and location was lovely, but I just wasn't as comfortable with Flatio and not as impressed with the overall agreement/fees/lease process.
