It would be much easier and would save a lot of extra costs if it would be possible to pay via Paypal! Every bank transfer from foreign bank accounts costs a lot of extra money! Beside this I like Flatio! Much better information on the flats compared to Air bnb.

V podstatě super, jen se mi nelíbí systém odmítnutí "třikrát a dost". Samozřejmě, že vlastníkovi jde o to pronajmout, ale ne za všech okolností; je potřeba s potenciálním nájemcem nejprve komunikovat, zjistit jeho požadavky, zda se kryjí s mými atp. a atd. Tento váš systém je direktivní, v podstatě mi nařizují vzít kohokoliv... což je pro mě nepřijatelné. Do svého bytu si chci lidi vybírat :-)

Potesi mne vzdy rychlost. Tentokrat bez poplatku 500 kc. Nepotesi , ze nejste napomocni 7 dni v tydnu alespon pres chat. Nepotesi poplatek za express platbu. Take nechapu ignorance nekterych majitelu, neozyvaji se cely den, byt je cele leto prazdny a pak zajemce zamitnout, bez vysvetleni. Dekuji.
