The service is very nice, just that when money needs to be returned, I already have a month+ delay on 2667 CZK and several messages back and forth with the landlord, clarifying the same again and again. It would be better if Flatio, if there was anything to return to the tenant, just contacted the landlord with the detail on exactly what need to be sent, to avoid the tenant calculating and sending multiple times to not very focused landlords.

Great service - very very helpful. Just a bigger range of flats and apartments to make Flatio as competitive as other mid-term rental sights, but it clearly has the setup to be the best. I would also suggest trying to add more student priced flats as other sights seem to have cheaper options, although clearly Flatio has been looking at high quality places first which makes sense.
