Myslim si, ze by provize Flatiu měla být omezena. Klidně na spodni i dolni hranici. S vyšším nájemným se dle mě neúměrně zvyšuje i provize, což lidi muže odradit, protože nájem bude pak neunosně vysoký, ale vzhledem k tomu, jak se zvyšují energie, které jsou započteny v najmu, je třeba nájem zvýšit celkove. Nemyslím si, ze je fér, aby byla provize počítána i z tohoto.
