The rental contract I signed stipulated that my accommodation should be 16,900 czk per month (30 days), however I paid around 17,400 czk/month throughout my stay (five months). I thought the problem was a very bad conversion rate for my bank or the Flatio website (from euro to czk).

Poslední dobou se stává, že podpora Flatia reaguje na řešení požadavků velmi pozdě.. Konkrétně zájemkyně o byt Stana Cristina Emanuela měla problém s platbou prvního nájmu a Flatio podpora reagovala velmi pomalu... I já když potřebuji s podporou Flatia něco řešit, tak odezva bývá za velmi dlouhou dobu... Myslíte, že by to šlo výhledově vylepšit? Děkuji...

The interface makes all tasks simple to complete and expectations for landlord and tenant are clear. Communication with my landlord was also made easy. (After a bad experience with a potential Airbnb landlord, I was very pleased that my Flatio landlord was honest and friendly.)
