Flatio handles all the communications and paperwork swiftly and sends reminders about important dates and payments. However, I find that the price of services is very high and might deter people from renting on the website simply because of the added cost blowing up the total. For foreigners who want a more certain and secure process however, it is very helpful, so I would recommend it to someone who is coming to the country for the first time.

I would appreciate an option for minimum rent time for 21 days. There is an option now for 14 days or 1 month, but not 21 days. Also, The insurance should be available in all cases. For example, If I, as an owner make deposit compulsory(for rents above 6 months) , insurance does not cover me. At the same time, I would consider having an option for a deposit for rents 3 months and higher. Unfortuntatelly, the legal framework of Czech Republic is such that the rights of owners are not very well protected and the deposit for shorther rents would be more motivational for owners. I am claiming this based on one already horrible experience with one tenant. The end result is that I am being oversensitively careful in choosing tenants.

Overally good! :) but I don't like that when the day of payment is approaching (but still there is like 1-2 days to deadline) and I wanted to pay by Flatio platform - I had to add extra fee to the bill due to "late payment". I don't get it... If I was already late I would understand, but there was still a time so why this extra fee?
