Basically the whole transaction was smooth, though I did not receive an email from our landlady which told us that her job was sending her out of the Czech Republic and that I would initially be dealing with her friend. Just surprised when the friend contacted me but there was no real problem.

Flatio is a good platform of trust. At the beginning of the rental period, answers to emails and doubts arrive within the hour. Once the accommodation is integrated, the answers are longer and take a few days. Otherwise Flatio is reliable.
