The apartment was a studio type with a double bed, suitable for a couple. I had a friend stay one week and he was more than happy to sleep on a large sofa which was very comfortable. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a small balcony that had the sun in the mornings. Situated halfway between the train station and the boardwalk it was a great location for me. Restaurants, bars and shopping were all within easy walking distance.
Ana Cabrita and Milton Ferreira were excellent hosts. They made everything simple, very professional, and the couple of minor problems I had were sorted out very speedily. I would like to thank them for that.

Quiet and peaceful with everything you need within a short distance. Considering I was there February/ March it may be busier as the year progressed.

O,Scalios is a great local restaurant with good food at a very reasonable price. The pigeon club have great friendly locals, low priced drinks and show premiership football if asked.

Our experience with the landlord was not pleasant. Ana Cabrita is a very unfriendly and disrespectful person. We had several problems during our stay which needed to be resolved immediatly. We texted to Ana Cabrita to get the answers and help but she was avoiding communication with us. The apartment iis n a poor condition. Ana Cabrita doesn't care of it at all.

The area is safe but nothing is around available except many apartments.

El lugar cumplia con las expectativas, hubieron algunos problemas para cancelar el contrato.
