I am a lady in middle age and I like to have many friends in my home, that's why I rent parts of my properties. they are nice spacious apartments, in a very quiet neighborhood in slightly busier Tirana. Normally you will share the bathrooms and the floors with other people, but they are very spacious with 2 bathrooms for 3 rooms in one apartment and 2 bathrooms for 2 rooms and a spacious terrace in each apartment with a beautiful view of the city. The building has around a big garden, where you can enjoy so many trees (olive tree, pomegranates tree, figs tree, lemon, orange, clementine trees etc.
