To get a physically signed lease agreement, you need to contact the landlord who can print it out, sign it, and send it to you.
However, since this isn't a standard procedure for renting through Flatio, the landlord may refuse this request - in which case, their decision should be respected. Therefore, if you know you'll need the landlord's physical signature in advance, we recommend that you get in touch with the landlord before you make a booking request to make sure they can manage this for you.
