(1) Make it easier to renew / extend rental agreements online. Right now, the only option is to make a new lease or to do some email negotiation for an extension. (2) Before payment, Flatio sends too many reminders / notifications. Every hour there is an email / SMS reminder to pay. This is extremely annoying. If payment is due within 24 hours, both the landlord and tenant know this already. Flatio does not need to send hourly reminders. At most 2-3 notifications / reminders within 24 hours is enough. (3) Please add a function to delete old messages from the inbox. Not simply archive but to completely delete all messages.
