Bylo by fajn, kdyby fungovala nejaka podpora i mimo pracovni dobu Po-Pa. Bylo by dobre, kdyby najemnici hradili nejakou kauci, ktera by se dala pouzit na poskozeni veci.

Great service - your website is perfect and easy to use. My only suggestion is to either warn people that Flatio’s Czech bank will take incoming wire transfer fee for international wire transfers and add this to the rental amount or Flatio should cover this fee in its price- it was not mentioned and I had to send a second transfer after initial payment to cover your bank fees which was expensive and inconvenient. (You can see my previous email communication with your customer service for more details) Other than that, great service and I will definitely use again. Thank you.
