I do love the contract aspect and the extra security that is assured by booking through it. Sometimes I feel like the fees can be quite high, also it did happen to us that when trying to book our requests will time out or declined as the place will not be available anymore but it will be very hard for us to know the exact reason why.

I really liked this experience with Flatio. The only thing I had issue with was that when my airconditioner was broken and the landlord had not fixed it for 4 days, I was advised by Flatio to contact the insurance but not quoted the insurance contract and they were not able to assist. They also mentioned they had limited assistance in Portugal. Thankfully, I finally heard from the landlord that repair had been organised, but not for another 4 days after. So the airconditioner was broken for 8 days and no discount offered.
