Very easy and simple contract which helped me with getting my visa and a safe easy place to stay. However, I am concerned that I could not reach customer service even on the "emergency" line when I was moving in. Thankfully, I resolved the issue on my own but in a serious case that is quite concerning.

++ Tem sido sempre boa gente e é muito simpático :-) - - O horário regular de apoio ao proprietário. Não está muito ajustado às nossa necessidades (para os horários de Portugal acaba um pouco cedo. As vezes que tive urgência, tive de utilizar o SKYPE. As chamadas internacionais, saem muito caras para os números portugueses)

The email follow up by Flatio as moving in approached, as payments were due and as moving out approached were all very helpful. The online account works well for communicating with the landlord. The landlord used the site as well as WhatsApp to communicate with us.

Any time I attempted to sign the contract lease for the property my phone number did not receive the SMS as the binding signature. Therefore, emailing the service team was the only way I could sign the contract. The service was good for this reason, communicating with kind people at Zendesk. However, the service fee was expensive. I am unsure if other people have this SMS issue and if so, I would recommend the team to solve it.
