São rápidos a responder às questões. Para melhorar deviam diminuir o peso das contas de electricidade, gás e água no que o valor inclui porque em Portugal as contas da electricidade podem ser muito altas ainda que não atinjam o limite o que implica que para ser rentável tenhamos de aumentar muito os preços anúnciados. Para melhorar deviam permitir cobrar taxas de limpeza pois os hóspedes não fazem grandes limpezas à saída, ainda que deixem a casa arrumada.

The best of Flatio, that I'm constantly saying to whom ask me about the platforms I work with, is that we can message the future tenants and communicate with them. That is extremely important when you rent a room in a shared apartment, that you need to know if that person is a good fit to live with the other flatmates... the worse of Flatio is that 3 rejections rule, specially when I reject someone because he doesn't reply to my messages and I can clearly see in his profile he isn't looking for a bedroom but for an all apartment. The tenant can send several reservations to several landlords, without even bother to read the description and the house rules and never reply to the messages and who is penalised is the landlord. I think when the landlord sends a message to the tenant the 24 hours "countdown" should stop until they reply that message.

It's ok but the landlords are super unreliable during the booking process (NOT Tim, I mean in general since I tried to book a few times). They complain about the pricing not reflecting what they requested. Otherwise it's all good!
