The thing is - you places are more or less same price like Aribnb. You offer way less and much more expensive things than e.g. Uniplaces. So in my case I found something nice and suitable - but this seems to be just having good luck.

I would love to have to option to send 1-2 reservation requests without being obliged by all of them. Then, i would also have no issue with paying a service fee to flatio. But like this, I always have to wait if i have a room before trying to get another. That way, it takes so much time to find a good place to stay.

I like the webpage is very intuitive as a landlord. The only thing this time I missed it was a support team that can respond faster and are able to check my questions related with a specific flat. I had the feeling they didn't spend time checking my problem - I have 2 flats in flatio and they were confused about my questions. If they would have look to my profile they would know immediately which flat I was referring but instead they asked me the question all the time and we missed a couple of days because the response comes always the day after...

Although we had a good experience with our apartment, we had some trouble with our last payment that Flatio did not work out to our satisfaction. I'm not sure I trust their customer service to follow through on tenant problems. They did a poor job with our issue.

don't ask for long self description. show how the service fee is calculated and show the service fee BEFORE sending request for reservation. for rating, allow a score without an explanation. I want to recommend without identifying self

Unfortunately the prices set up is not as flexible as it should be, as we cannot have a preice for specific days/months (only for the check-in date, and with long stays thta does not make any sense).

I get reservations from your site and that is great, but customer support system is very weak and I think 9 days to proces payments is not a good length of time

Like the fact that the rentals are long, but feel your support system is quite lousy. Also, money takes too much time to get to tenant’s account and your fee is quite high.

I still can't sign in, using the same credentials, on Android, clunky user interface on web, needs a lot of polish. I hate Airbnb, but I think flatio can probably learn a few things that Airbnb has done right, as far as renters go

I have only just requested the booking, and it is not yet confirmed. So, it is too soon to tell you if I can recommend Flatio, or if am satisfied or not. That's why I answered in the middle, '5'. If you asked this later after the full experience, you would get a more accurate answer!
