I dont see a convenient place to see how much has been paid and whether or not I overpaid on my Flatio page. Also, not having the contract electronically signed is a problem for people moving from another country. And many of your places only allow you to select a 1 person stay when they are clearly two person flats. That means only one name can go on the lease agreement, which is also a potential issue for Visas. Really nice website though and a smart service that fills a need.
