A Flatio tem uma boa equipa no suporte ao anfitrião: A Marina é fantástica, incansável e presente. Não gosto de a Flatio ter um preço inteligente que está sobordinado à data de check in. O facto de não encontrar um preço médio para a estadia com os preços definidos pelo proprietário, pode criar situaçõe muito desconfortáveis, com valores muito injustos a ser suportados pelo proprietário. Flatio is great, this is a good short-term rental option! very user-friendly. Please improve: the dog-friendly filter, as a lot of apartments "allow dogs after agreement " and you can not filter only the apartments that allow that. there is another filter regarding pets but it's not this one and it gives almost no results.

Estabelecer regras diferentes de indemnização aos senhorios para cessação de contratos de duração inicial superior a 3 meses, antes de decorridos 2/3 do contrato, porque têm havido muitas reservas para vistos nómadas digitais que são fictícios e só para obter o visto.
