Good prices and interface is easy to use. 24 hours time limit given to landlords to accept an offer is a great product feature, because without this limit on competitors platforms booking is very stressful. Areas to improve: - card processing should accept Kazakhstan and Armenia cards.

The whole process is intuitive and pretty fast. I loved it. The only issue is... multiple payments - I authorized the card and expected it to automatically process second advance. I am not checking my e-mail at all, so I had to pay interests just because the payment did not proceed automatically. This is unfortunate, because processing it manually is a waste of time.

Sad you had no more listings. It took us about a month of searching and waiting before we found the best fit. I guess more motivation to get people listed in less penetrated areas could be helpful. But well, it is what you do and I am sure you try your best.

I have looked at various websites before Flatio and I must say, Flatio wins my vote! It's great for someone, like me, who works remotely and wants to visit different countries and stay for over a month. I was particularly interested in using this website because the flats are genuinely nice compared to others I've seen on different websites. All flats look very clean and modern and I would highly recommend this to any fellow remote-worker or anyone who wants to find a flat to rent for 2 weeks or over!!
