Customer service is very helpful and go out of their way to help. I got unlucky that my original flat was canceled last minute, due to water damage. Last minute change was stressful on my part. I wish there's some protection in place when cancelation is so close to the beginning of the stay.

Great platform, great and efficient service. The website however has some bugs. It would make sense to streamline your different version of your URLs into one (.com/co.uk etc) it is quite confusing. Also when you ask for national ID or passport details these details should be masked and not visible on the printed contract to comply with data protection and GDPR regulations.

Stumbled across Flatio while opening 300 tabs researching a trip to Madeira. Was a little hesitant, as it seemed for longer leases and ours was more of a vacation trip, but it made the paperwork/communication/signing up and paying so effortless. We just finished our stay in Madeira last week, and I would honestly say it was as easy to use Flatio as any other booking site. And the prices were the best I found too-- for not just a hotel room, but an entire apartment.

The initial discount code was a very nice touch, and I loved the selection of flats in a location that was hard to find accommodation for 5 in.
