Make it possible to choose for the landlord to have check out of old tenant, and check in of new tenant the same day. As it is now, there will always be an empty night in between tenants. Empty night = lost revenue.

Live chat is very lacking, because sometimes there are problems that can only be solved through live chat, and emails are too late communication. I would also suggest better communication to the landlords about the checkout time, because they tried to get us out much earlier and therefore allowed themselves to pick us up early in the morning. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The platform is nice to communicate with a landlord. It's nice that Flatio ensures you for a place to live if the landlord turns out to be a scam. Was great that I could read lots of reviews about the apartment that I rented before renting it.
