'verify code' doesn't mean apply the code. My initial code was used for a reservation that didn't come to fruition. You should waive the service fee.

Marže, kterou si Flatio strhává z nájmu, je neúměrně vysoká s přihlédnutím k tomu, že si firma navíc účtuje obrovský nevratný rezervační poplatek od nájemníka (jeho výše a fakt samotný, že tento poplatek uxistuje, je navíc pronajímateli utajeno).

Ensure flats are available. I'm one week from arriving and I get an email from the owner saying he received an email mail from your company about my arrival. He stated he sold the apartment months ago so everyone knew but me. Please do a better job of communicating that information to the tenants

I have unhappy because of the following reasons: 1. Lot of listings are old or the hosts are not active, so chances of getting accepted are low. Flatio should check listings regularly to see if some are old and remove those. 2. I got a voucher for service fee refund because I made a cancellation. The voucher needs to be used when you make a request but if the request gets rejected, you lose the voucher and you need to ask support for it again and you cannot make another booking until you get the voucher again from support. Also, if the amount of service of booking is lower than voucher, then you need to ask for another voucher again. This is very frustrating because you cannot make multiple reservations and you have to keep asking for a new voucher. And if it is a weekend, you cannot get it because flatio support is not working on weekends and this way you lose on listings that you want to book. This seems like a very simple problem that can be solved easily. For example, just give credits instead of a voucher. Then we can use credits how we want without relying on support and when we use a certain amount, we will have a balance remaining for other bookings.

In every instance I communicated with you through the site, I received courteous, prompt attention. The site is easy to navigate. We rated flatio a 5 because had a very negive experience at the Pretty Bay rental in Camara de Lobos from 30 April to May 14 (we left early) because we did not feel safe there, unbearable noise levels 24/7. Unlike most, we are not here on vacation, we moved to Madeira and had to rent an apartment waiting for our place to be completed. We chose that apartament due to its close proximity to our construction site, and because of the 5* ratings. It was TERRIBLE in fact, in 30+ years of global travel, it was the worst rental experienced yet. It made us question the validity of the rating system?!
