Once you find a real landlord who is really renting, and not some scammer, everything is good. The problem is that when you want to use your coupon to rent for the first time, if landlord's a bit slower and doesn't accept your offer on time, then the coupon cannot be used again because you already "used" it, but in reality you didn't - because there wasn't any transaction. I made several accounts because of this (also because of scammers that try to cheat you), so that could be better.
