The service is very good. I liked the fact that there is an official contract between tenants and landlords. An improvement would be an app instead of the web app just to make thing smoother and more comfortable

Make sure the reservation system works correctly, showing only dates the tenants marked available. When a bug occurs and a tenant points it out, fix it rather than try to make a fool of a tenant.

I was previously renting and I required the deposit from the tenant. When the tenant moved out, I completely missed that I have to return the deposit back. There should be some kind of checking mechanism for that. Also, I would highly appreciate having the option of deposit for shorter stays from one month up.

Introducing a final cleaning fee would be nice. Though my tenants try to handover the property nor massy but a deep cleaning is always needed after they left to have my next tenant satisfied.
