The service is very good. There was just one thing. The owner had to joined by phone only. She did not really look at flatio built-in mail service. Perhaps you could disable the option for owner not using, and only allow phone (or mail or anything else). This way, no time would be lost.

Great platform, great and efficient service. The website however has some bugs. It would make sense to streamline your different version of your URLs into one (.com/co.uk etc) it is quite confusing. Also when you ask for national ID or passport details these details should be masked and not visible on the printed contract to comply with data protection and GDPR regulations.
