Generally Flatio is quite good and I didn´t really have any problems. The only drawback was that the payment I made via Bank transfer was never registered in the system despite the landlords marking it as paid.

Your support is very helpful and responsive. I never felt left out to myself to deal with things as a tenant. Try to verify more flats, so there is less surprise when the actual flat is not what's promised on the website. Other than that - great job navigating the stormy weathers of Prague real estate ;)
