Professional approach, complete customer care during the whole process. However the 3 rejection rule is a bit harsh, as well as leaves very minimum consideration rights to the owner on potential tenants who dont have picture about themselves, nor share any/have minimum information about their personal profile, nor have any history or record in the system. I would make the picture and the personal profile mandatory for all tenants, to have a bit more comfort in approving the potential tenant.

I see an opportunity for improvement in one thing. Correspondence with the tenant should be improved. The point is that when I write to him, I can't see if he has read the letter. You should have a read signal.

Introducing a final cleaning fee would be nice. Though my tenants try to handover the property nor massy but a deep cleaning is always needed after they left to have my next tenant satisfied.
