The commission is too high, and a little too expensive, especially in the market environment when everything seems to collapse soon. If you need to decrease the monthly fee, Flatio should do the same.

That you can rent a room in a shared flat just for a month or even weeks for students. In other websites the minimum you can rent is 3 months if you are a student. THANKS!!
