I like flatio very much. 2 things that could be improved: It should be clarified that it is not possibly to view more flats in person before reservation. I have only such inguiries where the possible tenant can not understand why he/she can not visit the property before making the contract. Furthermore when someone makes a reservation it is not obligatory for him to finish the process. He can block my calendar without any consequences.

Like: I like Flatio because renting out your property is a simple process with them. Could be better: once when I changed the price for a 2-week period, it messed up a the price for every month after that.

I wasn't able to actually use my initial discount even when I didn't get the first apartment I applied to so I would have liked to use my initial discount for my first completed transaction. There were also slightly too many emails, but overall a good experience.
