Easy to use the platform. Prompt payment by credit card would be nice. Please educate the possible tenants that they can not view the property before reservation. It takes me a lot of time to inform them and at the end they disappear...

What pleased me the most was the ease of finding and booking a great apartment, along with the clear communication and support throughout the process. The platform is user-friendly and provides detailed listings, which made choosing the perfect place simple. One area for improvement could be enhancing the search filters to allow more specific criteria. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely use Flatio again!

Flatio is exceptional: the variety, ease of selecting and leasing an apartment, customer service - all outstanding. I have rented 3 apartments so far on Flatio and all have been exactly as described/expected, and I have a fourth apartment I'll be renting starting this fall. I have already recommended Flatio to several friends/colleagues -- and two have used it and found excellent apartments as well.
