I was pleased with everything except with a potential issue with billing. I was messaged telling me that I owe money for an extension that was agreed upon same day. However, the situation was cleared up but I had to drop everything to handle it as a woman named Dina messaged me on WhatsApp and as I responded to her I got no communication until I handled payment in that moment in which I sent her a screenshot of the transaction, she wrote “Thank you”. I found this to be extremely disrespectful considering it wasn’t my issue to handle at that time and moment. I had payed on time two previous periods and suddenly being told that I was in violation and I could possibly be kicked out was stress that I did not need at that moment in time. When I responded to Dina, she saw my messages and said NOTHING. This was very irritating and disrespectful. Other than that, Fltio.com is great, I’d recommend it to anyone travelling looking for flats to stay in short time periods.

Dienstleistung insgesamt ist gut. Am besten war die schnelle, reibungslose Abwicklung. Da ich einen längeren Aufenthalt hatte, war es nervig bereits 1 Woche vor Ablauf der Zahlungsfrist täglich, 48 bzw, 24h vor Ablauf fast stündlich eine Erinnerung auf das Handy zu bekommen. Das nervt dann schon.
