Better educating the Landlords for longer stays versus short rentals. Flats are most of the time missing some really basic cooking utensils, or it is not clear how to change the bedsheets / proceed with the cleaning during our stay. We are not looking for basic furnished apartments as we are living for longer period and want to feel home during our stay. As well, internet is a must for us, so this should be included as a basic need like hot water or Heater and if not working should be fixed without discussion from Landlord.

It was easy to navigate on the Flatio page and find useful information. As we are looking for an apartment in Vienna, we have gone through many different pages and ads, but at the Flatio page we found the best offers.
