Not great, not terrible. Byt je celkem fajn, jen by ho to chtělo trochu lépe vybavit, zejména lepší matraci, z té po pár nocích už bolí záda a to nejsem nikterak náročný.

Cosy and conveniently located flat with everything we needed, Michal was helpful and made our stay very easy and comfortable.

Very close to the centre of Brno, 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by tram. About 10 minutes walk to Lidl and Albert supermarkets, with potraviny, bakery and a nice pub (Hostinec u Tesaře) right outside.

The apartment is very cozy, includes everything you need for comfortable staying. Located in a very nice place not far from the city center

Didn't have any problems. Overall the apartment is good. But a little bit noisy from a tram stop right in front of the windows.
