Thank you for the wonderful beachfront apartment! The place has everything we need for a great family time with children. The apartment is modern, clean, bright, and spacious!

The location is just unbeatable - first line, just on the beach. The view of the sunset is breathtaking.

The apartment has private parking, which is especially helpful during busy days on the beach.

Great communication with the hosts.

As for suggestions, the balcony could use some furniture, and please be cautious with small children on the balcony, as there are no protective railings or glass yet.

It was a perfect rental. Matilde is a super professional landlord, she has prepared everything to make us feel comfortable.
The apartment is fully prepared for the tenants and has everything you need except a washing machine, but Matilde shared a location of the nearby laundry at the moment of move-in. It is a pleasure to stay there with the Ocean view, and the sounds of the ocean at any time, the perfect microclimate of Sintra provides you with an even better experience.
The beautiful clear beach is just in front of you, and you have space where to park your vehicle near the house.
Matilde prepared for us a few cool places nearby and shared available activity options.

If you want to relax and have a lot of joy, it's the perfect place to stay.

The flat is really great, very well equipped with top-notch furniture, in an amazing location right in front of the beach. Has a parking space for when it is crowded. Perfect if you love the beach and/or hiking, it is next to some trails near the cliffs which are really nice! Matilde was very attentive for instructions.

Neighborhood
Praia Grande is very surf oriented, with some small bars and restaurants. Not far away in Colares you have a supermarket but you'll need a car to go there.

Sintra hikes are beautiful, also towards Azenhas do Mar.

Stunning Beachfront Apartment The flat is located in Sintra, near Colares, in Praia Grande, 40 km from Lisbon and 12 km from Sintra's historic centre. This cosy retreat is situated on the beachfront and offers breathtaking views of the ocean. With two bedrooms, one bathroom and a large balcony with stunning sea views, and a comfortable sofa bed, this flat can accommodate 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, blender, hand blender, electric kettle and Nespresso machine, ensures that all your culinary needs are met. Surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and cafes, you'll have no shortage of dining options to explore. Additionally, a supermarket is only a 3-minute drive away, ensuring your essentials are always within reach. Situated close to both Praia das Maçãs and Azenhas do Mar, two picturesque coastal spots. Public transport is just buses that come every hour. Pets, we apologise in advance, but the building management does not allow pets and we will have to respect the rules. Smoking is not allowed inside the flat, but you can smoke on the balcony. Parties are not authorised. Whether you're seeking relaxation by the waves or an adventurous exploration of nearby attractions, this apartment offers the perfect base for your beachside getaway.
