It also has a bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen with laundry space. The living room has a sofa bed, TV with cable channels, a dining area and access to the balcony, with an area for leisure time, as there are three comfortable sofas. The balcony has common access to the living room and bedroom. This accommodation has large areas, a modern style and offers all the comfort/practicality needed for a pleasant stay. The flat has WI-FI in all areas, is located in a modern building with lift access and can accommodate up to 2 people.

AREA
This residential area is close to a school and various essential day-to-day services. In addition to the cafés, pastry shops and snack bars, there is a mini market and bakery right next to the building, perfect for buying bread for breakfast.
The great advantage of this accommodation is that it is a 7-minute drive from Funchal's city centre and relatively close to the expressway that takes you quickly to other locations. On the way to Funchal you'll find the emblematic Quinta Magnólia Garden, a marvellous leisure area for children and adults, with picnic areas, tennis courts, paddle courts, a restaurant and a café with a fantastic terrace. In the centre of Funchal, you'll find other attractions such as the Funchal Marina, Santa Catarina Park or the Baltazar Dias Theatre.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There are bus stops next to the property.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
