Gosto como tudo está simplificado e a parte borocratica dos contractos está super bem feita. Gostaria de ter a opção de recusar mais disponível, porque nem sempre os hóspedes indicam quem são e vamos receber um estranho na nossa casa e queremos que essa pessoa seja boa e respeitadora. My first apartment in Budapest was no longer available. Flatio didn't inform me but the owner did one week before I was due to arrive. There was no communication from Flatio about this issue . I was then stuck with trying to hustle and find reasonable accommodations after I spent months researching and choosing the first one. Flatio offered no apologies or discount on the next apartment rented. Poor customer service.

I would rate your services very highly. What pleased me the most was the excellent communication and how well-maintained and clean the apartment was. Everything was organized perfectly, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. As for improvements, I honestly can't think of anything significant. I was very happy with everything.

Flatio was great, they did all the proper security checks, and ensured my payment was secure. I realy like the fact that I was able to contact the landlord from their site. This was very helpful to me as it was important to me to be able to communicate with the landlord.
