Flatio is good to deal with when I had a problem with my very first rental of a week and it was not up to any sort of standard. Fairly fast response time.. To improve would be to make a contract a binding agreement. My first contract was all set and then the apartment was sold. Their contracts only become binding within 30 days so I was left scrambling to find a place with 40 or 50 days until my arrival in Praha. Not too delighted with that. It worked out with Hana's place as a replacement for the one that got sold out from under me but that was just luck.

A suggestion is to lower the fee paid to Flatio as this makes more expensive the rent already high for local standards.

Gosto como tudo está simplificado e a parte borocratica dos contractos está super bem feita. Gostaria de ter a opção de recusar mais disponível, porque nem sempre os hóspedes indicam quem são e vamos receber um estranho na nossa casa e queremos que essa pessoa seja boa e respeitadora.
